Popped into the gorge to get some wild garlic leaves for my wild garlic and tomato gazpacho yesterday. So refreshing. Make sure to only take the leaves so it grows back.
Simply blend some ripe tomatoes, cucumber, celery and the wild garlic leaves and add a little water if required. You can also add some peppers (I didn't have any) and some seasoning like ground black to taste. I often drop an ice cube into the mix to chill the drink. Perfect for a summers day and a great way to each garlic as it's quite mild.
